＊概要 Overview
AIやIoTといった急速な情報技術の進化とグローバル化により、医療・ヘルスケアを取り巻くデータの取扱いは新しい局面を迎えています。医療・ヘルスケアデータを取り扱うサービスを展開する企業の多くは、日本の次世代医療基盤法、個人情報保護法、そしてEUのGDPR（一般データ保護規則）など、国内外問わず幅広い知識やリテラシーが求められるようになってきました。
そこで、本ワークショップでは、医療・ヘルスケアデータの法的・倫理的取扱いについて、国内外の動向と今後の展望を、個人情報保護委員会、慶應義塾大学医学部、法学部などから有識者を招いて解説します。

Globalization and technological advancements are changing the way in handling medical and healthcare data. With an increasing number of enterprises interested in developing services using sensitive medical and healthcare data, it is important to raise awareness on this subject and look into the existing policy structures that focus on such issues. In the workshop, we invite experts from OPERA at Japan Science and Technology Agency, Cyber Civilization Research Center, Medical School and Law School at Keio University, to discuss trends and forecasts regarding the development of medical and healthcare data from the perspectives of law and the societal impacts, domestically and internationally.
