May 30, 2025

On May 16, 2025, the EBA (Evidence Based Approach) Project, operated by the APRS (Asia Pacific Resilient Society) project within CCRC, held the first International EBA Symposium in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.

The International EBA Symposium featured an EBA program overview, a participant’s firsthand account, a faculty panel on building a resilient future, and an interactive audience activity and brought the EBA learning experience closer to the wider audience, primarily Chulalongkorn University students.

The EBA Faculty Meeting, held concurrently with the symposium, brought together a total of 32 faculty in charge of EBA project from 18 universities and institutions gathered to share recent project outcomes, explore opportunities for more extensive collaboration, and discuss the ongoing development of the EBA Project.

The EBA Project is an educational project of SOI Asia, for which APRS serves as the secretariat, that aims to develop human resources capable of identifying and tackling issues based on the evidence and analysis for a resilient future society.
